Cancellation Policy

Cancellations on orders will be considered if the request is made within 24 hours of placing an order or before the order is roasted, whichever comes first.

Returns and Refund Policy

Since our products are food products and considering the current covid 19 situation, we will not be accepting returns or refunds of the products delivered. However, in the case that you receive damaged or defective products you can write to us at cafentea@jbascogroup.com with pictures of the products in question, and we will initiate a replacement or a refund.


All products must be returned in their original packaging and with the tag still attached (wherever applicable). No used products will be refunded. If a product is received in broken packaging or with a damaged piece, then the refund is not guaranteed. Product refunds are only accepted if the product is damaged or if the product delivered is different from the product ordered.  The email to initiate the return in case of damaged goods must be received within 48 hrs of the products being delivered.

Shipping Policy

Free shipping on all orders over Rs. 1000 and flat shipping and handling fee of Rs. 50 for all orders below Rs. 1000.

Cash On Delivery is currently not available on our website

Products are typically delivered within 6-10 business days of the order being placed. Due to COVID-19 restictions, some deliveries might take longer than expected. Business days do not include Saturdays and Sundays or Regional/National holidays.

As soon as we ship your order, we will send you a notification by email and also share the courier tracking details so you know when to expect it.
